Forgiving is an essential aspect of my personal mental and emotional well being. Not just forgiving others, or the world if I feel I have been wronged, and even more important is the ability to forgive yourself.
Being able to share information about forgiving or forgiveness, even if it is only just some of the information I have is very important to me. I think this might be one of the more important areas of self help and success.
I am not an expert and if fact, at this very moment, have some things I need to forgive myself for, and maybe even some people I may need to forgive. If you think about it long enough, you might find you are also in a similar mind set.
Many other people may also be having similar feelings. That is quite normal, things happen, and life moves forward in many ways, but feeling forgiveness is very important to experience some and learn about.
